China Sichuan (The Forum, Ballymoss Road, Sandyford Ind. Est., Dublin 18) – located off the beaten path of downtown Dublin, in the Sandyford Industrial Park to the city’s south, is this new, modern, purpose-built Chinese restaurant. The restaurant seats approximately 90 people in relaxed and informal surroundings. Sichuan cuisine is renowned for its bold flavours brought about by liberal use of garlic and Sichuan peppers. Dishes consist of Chengdu, Chongqing and vegetarian dishes.
